Investing in regular pest control has several benefits for homeowners. It ensures pests are eliminated and prevents their return, saving money in the long run compared to emergency treatments. DIY methods may work temporarily, but regular professional treatments are more effective, as many products only last 60-90 days. Having a trusted advisor like Network Pest Control provides expert advice and keeps homes pest-free, making it a worthwhile investment.
If pests invade between your regular services, a quick email or call to the office will have your licensed technician back to the property to identify and treat at no additional cost!
Each pest problem is different in its own way. Most infestations can be treated to a controlled level with within the first two treatments. However, if we are dealing with a pest that can spread quickly either by having short egg cycles or large amount of eggs per cycle. For example, a female bed bug can lay 200-250 eggs in her lifetime. Bed bug eggs hatch in 6-10 days and they can lay 1-8 egg per cycle and the nymph bed bug will go out to find its first blood meal in order to molt to the next stage.
Our products we use have a warning label similar to many of your household cleaners. You will need to have your pets away from the area we treated until the product is dry. Once dry, it is safe for them to return to that area.
No, we cannot control mother nature, however, we will do a good job of keeping your pest problem to a controlled level. We offer a satisfaction guarantee so if you see some ants in your kitchen or spiders in your bedroom, please let us know you are concerned and we will schedule to return free of charge in between your scheduled visits.

The main difference between residential and commercial pest control lies in the properties being serviced and the pest management needs. Residential pest control targets individual homes and addresses common pests like ants, cockroaches, rodents, termites, and spiders, employing family-friendly techniques and regular preventive treatments. On the other hand, commercial pest control caters to businesses, such as offices, restaurants, hotels, and warehouses, dealing with industry-specific pest challenges and adhering to stricter health and safety regulations. The scale of service and treatment frequency also varies, with residential pest control focusing on smaller-scale operations and commercial pest control handling larger areas with more frequent inspections and treatments.
